In any case, you can rest assured that you'll be ringing in the new year at the hottest party in Tokyo with the second annual Whistlebump NYE. There will be no other event like this to bring in the New Year with an abundance of top-shelf house and techno, the biggest DJs, live acts, performers, dancers, stunning bespoke visuals and all in the glitzy and glamourous Xex Nihonbashi, you can guarantee maximum fun and none of the fizzle. 

It's like we're fat kids set loose in a cake shop, we're prone to cramming everything in every Whistlebump orifice we can until it oozes out all over the dancefloor. If you thought last year was indulgent and irresistibly tantalizing, you ain't seen nothing yet.
